Contemporary, it combines modern architecture with the aesthetic authenticity of wood. Designed around a spacious living room of 40m² with wide openings on the garden, it is furnished and decorated with care.
Its bioclimatic design and wood frame make it a healthy and comfortable accommodation in all seasons!
The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, with a master suite bed 160 (private bathroom), and two bedrooms equipped with closet, one with a bed 160 and the other with two bunk beds of 90 (4 people), two toilets and a separate bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker filters and espresso (ground coffee), microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine.
The large terrace bordering the swimming pool (8x4m), heated from May 1st to September 30th depending on the weather, is the ideal extension of the living space in the heart of the garden. With deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue, it allows you to fully enjoy the sunshine of the Côte de Lumière.
The area is very quiet and the house is lined with green spaces.
